Finely chop Methi, assemble ingredients.

In a mixing bowl / thali, add Besan + atta + all ingredients.

Mix all ingredients very well, then add little little water as required to form a semi soft dough, keep rest for 10 minutes.
Then knead again for 3-4 minutes and final dough is ready for Muthiyas. - 4
Grease palms, Pinch medium size balls from dough and give cylindrical shape, keep aside and make Muthiyas from rest of the dough.

Heat oil in medium flame, drop one by one and deep fry till golden brown.

Muthiyas are done. Serve with your preferred Chutney.

Serve either with tea / coffee for a happy and lovely breakfast.
