Wash and clean the veggies. In a mixie jar blend the onions, garlic, ginger, green chili and cashews. Then in a kadai heat oil and saute the masala which you made into a smooth paste.

Once the paste is sauted well add tomatoes and allow it to get soft. Now add the dry spices and salt. Mix and cook the masalas as well. Once done add the green peas and capsicum.

Once the green peas and the capsicum is little cooked, then add the mushrooms. Cover and cook till everything is cooked. Now add mawa, malai and kasuri methi powder.

Your mushrooms matar malai sabji is ready. Can remove in a serving dish and garnish it with coriander leaves and cherries.
