Raw Chocolate and Coconut Protein Balls Raw Chocolate and Coconut Protein Balls
Completely natural, packed full of nutrients and the perfect sweet treat on the go with very little effort required! All you need is a food processor and a set of scales. You can use any type of nuts you want really, I just recommend going with 100g total and make up at least 40% with almonds. Try adding a big Tbsp of natural peanut butter too if you’re looking to bulk them up a bit. #mycookbook Jodie Mann -
Edible High Protein Cookie Dough Edible High Protein Cookie Dough
Versatile protein cookie doughNotes- Whey protein tends to be more runny so there is little liquid- I used Diesel Whey Protein (Chocolate-Peanut butter flavour)- if using a plant protein, you probably need to increase the amount of almond milk because plant protein is more absorbent than whey protein. Chocolate Protein Polichinki Chocolate Protein Polichinki
Growing up, my mother used to make Polichinki for my brother and I all the time for breakfast, as her mother did for her and her siblings. The original recipe, although delicious, isn't what I would consider "healthy" in the least. That's where this healthier version comes in. amandae24 -
