Veggies Uttapam

Uttapam can be prepared with lots of winter season vegetables, daal and raw rice batter. You can say this recipe is a wholesome breakfast for children and adults. With this delicious recipe, children would gobble a lot of veggies.
I have taken rice and urad daal in 2:1 ratio. 1 Tsp methi seeds and 2 Tbsp red chuda/ poha. That's it for the batter.

Make the uttapam/ dosa batter and allow it to ferment for eight hrs /overnight.

Mix well the rest of ingredients with the batter.

Add sambar masala powder and adjust salt.

Heat oil/ghee in a pan and add a ladle full of batter, add extra veggies if you like. Roast both the sides of Uttapam. Serve hot with Mayo and red chilli sauce
