Banana Güllaç

Happy Delicacies
Happy Delicacies @happydelicacies

Güllaç is a traditional Turkish cuisine dessert from the Ottoman palace cuisine. It is identified with the month of Ramadan in Türkiye. In the past, it was made by reading the Yasin Surah from the Qur'an. Sticking to the traditional güllaç making, I added a little variation and made it with banana.

Add milk and sugar to the pot and cook, stirring constantly. Milk should not be boiling, but not cold. It should be at a temperature that will burn your finger by testing it with your finger.
