Ingredients

  • Halfbowl of rice
  • 2chicken thigh cut it
  • 10 piecesblack fungus
  • Some dried banana flowers
  • 1 tsplight soy sauce
  • 1oyster sauce
  • Pinchwhite pepper
  • Spring onion to garnish
  • Some banana leaves for base of the steamer

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken for 15 mins.Combine soy sauce pepper light soy sauce.Mix well then set aside.

  2. 2

    Wash rice then pour on the banana leaves arrange it.

  3. 3

    Then place chicken on top of the rice.

  4. 4

    Stram for 45 mins
