Steps
- 1
Wash n Sock mung fr 7-8 hrs.
After that drain the water and spread the mung on cotton cloth fr a while. - 2
Heat the oil.
Tk all mung in a bowl and add soda by carb,mix nicely.
Now add two ladles of mung in the oil..let it sputtered completely,then remove in the kitchen ppr.. - 3
Put all the masala in the fried mung and mix well.
When it's cool,fill it in the jar..
Fried mung namkin is ready..
Enjoy munching..👌😋
