  1. 6Bombil fish dry
  2. Garlic 3 cloves crushed
  3. Coriander paste(grind corrianderleaves,garlic & green chilli make a fine paste)
  4. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  5. Red chilli pwd1tsp
  6. Salt as par taste
  7. Oil fr frying

Cooking Instructions

    Soak bombil at least 15mnt than wash, dry & thech the bombil

  2. 2

    In a plate add garlic crushed,coriander paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder & salt mix well

  3. 3

    Marinate the bombil with masala & fry them till crisp on both the side. Serve with rice & daal.
