Simple! No-Bake Cheesecake With A Strawberry Spring Scenery

I had a lot of strawberries that were about to go bad, so I decided to make a dessert out of them.
In Step 5, make sure the gelatin is completely melted and bubbling before adding into the mixture.
Adjust the sugar amount based on the sweetness of the strawberries and whether or not the yogurt has sugar or not. (The amount in the ingredient list is a little bit sweeter than what I normally use.) For 12 cm round cake dish, 20x8cm [7.9x3.1 in] square dish or 7-8 cups. Recipe by AyakoOOOOO

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Soak the gelatin in water. Have the cream cheese at room temperature or microwave it until soft. If spreading out on a base, spread it out into the cake dish.
- 2
Add the ○ ingredients to the strawberries into the food processor and beat.
- 3
Add the soft cream cheese and the yogurt from Step 1 to the food processor in Step 2 and beat together.
- 4
When the raw cream forms stiff peaks, add to the food processor in Step 3 and beat.
- 5
Microwave the soaked gelatin in the microwave for about 20-30 seconds, until bubbling and melted. Add to the mixture from Step 4, and mix.
- 6
When it becomes a smooth, pink, dough, lay out some baking paper and pour into the baking tray. Let chill in the microwave until it hardens, and then it's finished.

I've been thinking about a cake that showed a heart wherever you sliced it! I went through a lot of trial and error, and until I was satisfied we had unbaked cheesecake for breakfast almost every day. Thanks to my dear husband for going along with it. This is a rich unbaked cheesecake that is satisfying to the eye as well as your tastebuds. If you use a food processor for step 1, it will be very smooth. If you aren't confident that you can do this, dissolve it in a bowl suspended over a pan of hot water, even if it seems like a bother. If you don't do this part right, it won't gel and firm up properly.
