Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1-1/2 poundlamb chops (6)
  2. 1/2 stickbutter
  3. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1/4 teaspoonground black pepper
  5. 1 tablespoonrosemary infused oil see recipe
  6. 1/2 cupchopped olives mixed
  7. 1/2 cupCabernet Sauvignon merlot

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add oil to a hot pan, and sear on each side of chops 3 minutes

  2. 2

    Add butter, olives, and season the chops.

  3. 3

    Add merlot. Let simmer 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Let rest 10 minutes covered.

  5. 5
