  • 4 tspHoney
  • 1 tspChia seeds
  • 4 tbspchopped dry fruits
  • Mixed nuts and seeds (optional)
  • 1.5 cupMilk
  • 1Banana, 1 Apple,

    Assemble ingredients

    In a mixing bowl add oats + 1 cup milk + chia seeds and all to soak overnight

    Keep in refrigerator overnight.

    Next day chop fruits

  5. 5

    Add remaining milk + chopped fruits + dry fruits + nuts and seeds + honey to soaked Oats and mix nicely.
    Overnight soaked Oats is ready to serve.
