Coconut Mava Burfi

Heat pan add dessicated coconut & roast on low flame till changes colour

Transfer this coconut in a plate and in the same pan add mava and cook till melt

Add sugar powder and mix well then add dessicated coconut in it.

Combine well on low flame cook for 1-2 min then off the flame

Now transfer this dough in the thali greased with little ghee.Spread with the help of spatula and keep aside for setting

Give the shape of burfi transfer to a serving plate garnish with pistachio slices and rose petals and serve easy simple burfi and enjoy 😋
