Step 1: Cook the Eggs:
- Beat 2 eggs with a little water, 1/4 teaspoon seasoning powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- Heat a pan, add green onions, stir for 10 seconds, then add the egg mixture. Let it sit for about 30 seconds, then stir until 90% cooked. Remove and set aside in a separate bowl. - 2
Step 2: Stir-fry the Vegetables
- In the same pan, stir-fry the spam and mixed vegetables until cooked, then set aside in a separate bowl. - 3
Step 3: Cook the Marinated Shrimp
- In the same pan, add the shrimp and stir until 90% cooked (about 3-4 minutes), then remove and set aside in a separate bowl. - 4
Step 4: Fry the Rice
- In the same pan, sauté the garlic until fragrant, then add the rice and fry.
- After 2-3 minutes, add the shrimp to the rice, season with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
- Fry until the shrimp is fully cooked, then add the eggs, vegetables, spam, and 1 teaspoon sugar (adjust seasoning to taste).
- Stir until everything is cooked and the rice reaches the desired dryness, then add green onions and stir for 30 seconds before turning off the heat.
