Make crispy herb breadcrumbs easily with herbs you have at home. Perfect as a snack, side dish, or appetizer.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients marked with an asterisk (*) and mix well to let the bread absorb the olive oil. - 2
Remove the stems from the mushrooms and cut them in half to create a bowl-like shape.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, drizzle with olive oil (not included in the ingredient list), place the mushrooms cut side up, season generously with salt and pepper, and top with the breadcrumb mixture.

Bake in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes until done!
