Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 2 packsyakisoba noodles
  2. 1/6carrot
  3. 1cabbage leaf
  4. 1/3 bagbean sprouts
  5. 3 1/2 ozpork
  6. Wood ear mushrooms, as needed
  7. 1 tablespoonoil
  8. Seasonings
  9. 1 cloveginger
  10. 1/2-1 teaspoonS&B Shanton (or chicken bouillon if unavailable)
  11. 1/2 cupwater or hot water
  12. 1 teaspoonoyster sauce
  13. as neededSalt and pepper,
  14. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the wood ear mushrooms in water. Dissolve the S&B Shanton in water or hot water. Taste to ensure the broth is strong enough.

    Cut the carrot into thin slices, tear the cabbage and soaked wood ear mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the bean sprouts with water.

    Heat oil in a frying pan over high heat and sauté the minced ginger until fragrant.

    Add the pork and cook until the color changes, then add the carrot, cabbage, bean sprouts, and wood ear mushrooms. Cook through.
