Bring water to a boil and lightly cook the shrimp. Once cooked, chop them coarsely. Heat butter in a pan and lightly sauté the ingredients marked with ●.

In a bowl, combine the drained crab meat, shrimp from step 1, and all ingredients marked with ● and ☆. Shape into your desired size, coat with breadcrumbs, and form into cakes.

Place in heated oil and shallow fry until golden brown. They're ready to serve♪

Here's a version using canned salmon instead of shrimp! It looks the same... Use the same ingredients with a 5 oz (142g) can of salmon. Drain and add it♪
