  • 2 packsstir-fry noodles
  • 5 oz (150 g)pork belly
  • 1/4 headcabbage
  • 1 tablespooneach of soy sauce, sake, oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoonchicken bouillon powder
  • 2 incheseach of garlic and ginger paste
  • 1/2 cup (100 ml)water
  • as neededCornstarch mixed with water,
  • as neededSesame oil,

Steps

  1. 1

    Preparation: Slightly tear the noodle package and microwave for 1 minute. Cut the pork belly and cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

    Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and brown the noodles.

    In another pan, heat sesame oil and stir-fry the pork belly.

    Add the cabbage and stir-fry until it softens.

    Combine the seasonings marked with ◆ and bring to a boil. Thicken with cornstarch mixed with water.
