Ingredients

  • 2 tbsvegetable oil
  • 1 tbsgarlic,chopped
  • 50 gpork
  • 1chicken egg
  • 1/4 cuponion,thinly sliced
  • 50 gkale,diagonally sliced
  • 2 cupor 300g steamed rice
  • 1/2tomato,seedless and sliced
  • Seasoning mixture ingredients
  • 1 tbsfish sauce
  • 1 tbssugar
  • 1 tbsoyster sauce
  • 2 teaspoonlight soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoonseasoning sauce
  • Other ingredients
  • Ground pepper
  • 1cucumber
  • 2stems spring onion
  • Fish sauce-chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice pork and marinate with egg. Leave for 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Heat vegetable into a wok. Fry garlic until fragrance.

  3. 3

    Add marinated pork with egg and rod kale Stir after the egg get set.

  4. 4

    Add onion and leaves kale. Stir well until cooked.

  5. 5

    Add steamed rice and season with all seasoning mixture ingredients. Add tomato and stir thoroughly.

  6. 6

    Spoon onto a serving plate.

  7. 7

    Serving recommendation:-On the serving plate with fried rice,sprinkle with ground pepper and garnish with sliced cucumber,coriander leaves,lime juice,and spring onion. -Serve with fish chillies sauce.
