Quick and Easy Ground Pork Rice Bowl

My mother used to make this a lot, and the other day when I visited my childhood home my father was making it. So I recalled the recipe and made it too.
If you turn the heat off as soon as you add the eggs, it will be soft-set and tastier. If you have leftovers, try it on toast. It's pretty great that way too. For 4 servings. Recipe by Natuko

Steps
- 1
Heat some oil in a frying pan, and stir fry the pork.
- 2
When the pork is cooked add the chopped onion and continue stir frying.
- 3
When the onion has turned transparent, add the seasoning ingredients and mix. Spread evenly in the frying pan.
- 4
Taste and adjust the seasoning to your liking. Add the beaten egg all around the pan, put a lid on and turn off the heat.
- 5
When the egg has soft-set from the residual heat, it's done. Spoon on top of rice and top with shredded nori seaweed.
