  • 60 gramsGround pork
  • 100 gramsTomato
  • 50 gramsKimchi
  • 2 tbspGrated cheese
  • 1 tspSesame oil
  • 1Salt and pepper
  • 1serving Plain steamed rice
  • 1Finely chopped green onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the tomato into wedges, and roughly chop the kimchi.

    Stir-fry the ground pork until crumbly. Add the tomato and stir fry some more, then turn off the heat and add the kimchi. Season with the grated cheese, salt and pepper, then drizzle with sesame oil for the extra fragrance.

    Put the into bowls, add the stir-fry, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and it's done.
