Ingredients

  1. 3 1/3-4 1/4 cupschicken broth (800~100cc)
  2. 2carrots
  3. 1onion
  4. 2 stalkscelery
  5. 1-2tortillas
  6. Salt and pepper to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop the vegetables into small pieces and add them to a pot with the broth. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cut the tortillas into your preferred size (we do about 1.5 to 2-inch squares) and add them to the soup. Simmer gently on low heat for about 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Once the tortillas are soft and pasta-like, season with salt and pepper to taste, and it's ready to serve.
