Serves 4 servings

1avocado
1/2 headbroccoli
5snap peas
10cherry tomatoes
5imitation crab sticks
Dressing
2 tablespoonsmayonnaise
1 teaspoonwhole grain mustard
1/2 teaspoonlemon juice
1/2 teaspoonsoy sauce
1little grated garlic (from a tube), to taste
Salt and pepper, to taste
Coarse black pepper, to taste

Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Boil the broccoli and snap peas in salted water until slightly firm.

Mix the dressing ingredients together.

Toss the vegetables with the dressing and let them sit in the refrigerator to marinate. Sprinkle with black pepper before serving.
