Stir-Fried Chinese Cabbage and Pork Belly in Thick Sauce Stir-Fried Chinese Cabbage and Pork Belly in Thick Sauce
Large heads of Chinese cabbage can be quite a challenge to eat up! When we get tired of hot pots, I fry it with meat! It's made with sesame oil and chicken stock granules, and thickened to give a proper flavour. It's a dish that makes you want to eat more. You'll find yourself eating more than you think.Add the leaf part of the Chinese cabbage at the end as it cooks quickly. When more thickness is required, add more diluted katakuriko. If it's too thick, dilute with hot water.Happo-jiru is a multi-purpose soy sauce-based seasoning commonly used in Aomori Prefecture! If you can't get your hands on any, substitute it with ordinary soy sauce. Happo-jiru is so versatile, I highly recommend it for every household. Recipe by Nanohana uchan cookpad.japan -
Economical and Flavorful Pork Belly and Cabbage Stir-fry with Salt and Pepper Economical and Flavorful Pork Belly and Cabbage Stir-fry with Salt and Pepper
I think this is a pretty ordinary recipe, but it's too simple, so it doesn't come up in a search. And I thought that rather than just stir-frying, following just a few helpful hints could make this common dish really delicious, so I decided to post this recipe. We use an electircal cooktop in our home. Since you do not directly salt the cabbage, its flavor really comes out and the flavor of the salt and peppered pork belly doesn't get too strong. It's healthy since no oil is used. The ingredients are cheap and it's ready in only 15 minutes, so it's convenient. Recipe by Rerere3brothers cookpad.japan -

Pork Belly and Kimchi Stir Fry Pork Belly and Kimchi Stir Fry
【 youtu.be/RQWCpgLuAmU 】Pork Belly and Kimchi Stir fry is a filling dish, can be made for both lunch and dinner with a small touch of spice within it. I definitely recommend it and is certainly eaten by many Koreans who love a balanced meal with meat and small hint of vegetables. If you cant finish the entire dish you can always save it for later and can be easily eaten with toast and melted cheese for the next day, breakfast or lunch. My daughters certainly enjoy it with some melted cheese on a crunchy toast and sometimes there is not enough for the next day- they already finished it on the same day for dinner! Kitchen J -
