Ingredients

  • 1 kgpork, thinly sliced
  • 1 cupcabbage, chopped into small pieces
  • 1 headgarlic, crushed and diced
  • 1 tbspginger, julienned
  • 1/4 cuplight soy sauce
  • 2 tbspoyster sauce
  • 4 tbspChinese rice wine, dry sherry, or rum
  • 1 tspsesame oil
  • ground black pepper
  • 1 tbspcornstarch
  • 3 tbspvegetable oil
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1 tspsesame seeds

  1. 1

    Mix cornsarch, water, and oyster sauce in a bowl. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Heat a wok. Make sure it's piping hot before putting in vegetable oil. Then, stir fry ginger and garlic in high heat for about 20 seconds.

  3. 3

    Add in pork. Season with soy sauce and pepper. Cook for at least 3 minutes in high heat.

  4. 4

    Add in cabbage. Season with liquor of choice and sesame oil. Cook for 1 minute in high heat.

  5. 5

    Pour in cornstarch mix and keep stirring in high heat for about a minute.

  6. 6

    Top with sesame seeds for presentation's sake.

  7. 7

    Serve with rice. Done!
