Parmesan crusted tilapia

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 lbtilapia
  2. 1 cupparmesan cheese
  3. 1 tbsppaprika
  4. 1 tbspdried parsley
  5. 1 tbspolive oil
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1/2 tsppepper

Cooking Instructions

    Prehheat oven to 400 deg F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil

  2. 2

    Rinse and pay dry tilapia

  3. 3

    Mix parmesan, paprika, parsley, salt and pepper in a shallow pan

  4. 4

    Coat tilapia in olive oil in both sides then dredge it in the parmesan mix.

  5. 5

    Place tilapia on the baking sheet. Bake in over for 12 minutes until flaky
