Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3 tbspvegetable oil
  2. 1 cuplong grain rice uncooked
  3. 1 tspminced garlic
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/2 tspcumin
  6. 1/2 cuptomato sauce
  7. 14 ozchicken broth
  8. 3 tbspchopped cilantro

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat

  2. 2

    Add rice and gently stir until rice begins to lightly brown

  3. 3

    Add garlic, salt, cumin and stir rice until it looks golden

  4. 4

    Add tomato sauce and chicken broth and then the best up to medium-high

  5. 5

    Bring to a boil then turn the heat low and cover pan with a lid.

  6. 6

    Simmer for 20-25 min. Remove from heat and fluff with a fork. Then stir in chopped cilantro
