Whisk together sesame oil and soy sauce - set aside

In a medium skillet, sauté onion and sprouts in peanut oil for 3-5 minutes until onion starts to become translucent. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 30 seconds more. Transfer to a large bowl.

Add pork, Chinese powder, and pepper to skillet. Cook until meat is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to the bowl.

Add egg to the skillet and scramble, about 2 minutes. Add to bowl.

Combine millet with the vegetables, pork, and egg, and add the peas. Drizzle with soy mixture and sesame seeds and toss to mix.
