Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté the garlic, ginger, and ground meat.

Mix together all the ingredients marked with ★, then add them to the meat in the pan.

Cut the tofu into your preferred size and add it to the pan.

Once it comes to a gentle boil, add the cornstarch mixed with water. Stir gently until the sauce thickens, then it's ready to serve!
