Steps
- 1
Boil the bean sprouts starting from cold water. Once it comes to a boil, cook for 1 minute, then drain. This keeps them crisp.
- 2
Dissolve the ramen soup base in water to make the soup. If the soup base is oily, dissolve it first in a small amount of hot water, then add cold water.
- 3
If the shirataki noodles have a strong smell, drain them and toss with 1 tablespoon of vinegar. Let sit for 5 minutes to remove any odor.
- 4
Rinse the shirataki noodles well with water and place them in a ramen bowl.
- 5
Top with roast pork, bean sprouts, and corn. Slice the cucumber, green onion, and ginger, and add them as toppings.
- 6
Add ice cubes on top and serve.
