About this recipe:
I was watching a morning show where they talked about young girls texting like old men on LINE. It made me realize I use a lot of symbols like “⁉”, “!!”, “♡”, and “♬” when I write on Cookpad too, haha.
I guess I just feel like I have to add something at the end of my sentences… haha.

I dropped it while packing and the lettuce went everywhere.
I hurried to gather it up and repack it.
That's just how it goes with my own lunch, haha.

Chicken Teriyaki
Unusually, I made it in the morning!
250 grams (about 9 oz) boneless chicken thighs
1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce soup base (mentsuyu)
1 1/2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon honeySeason to taste.

The color is light, but the flavor is strong.
I made it a little sweeter for Komame, who was tired.

Saved from last night.
Everyone in my family likes the potatoes a little broken up, so I use russet potatoes on purpose.
It turned out delicious!

No morning practice, so just one rice ball for the afternoon.
