Beef Stir-Fry with Broccoli
A pretty simple dish that everyone probably knows. I'm just posting it to keep my page active.
Steps
- 1
Cut the broccoli into florets, then slice thinly along the flower direction, about 2-3 slices, and wash thoroughly.
- 2
Slice the beef thinly and marinate with minced ginger, a pinch of seasoning powder, and a little black pepper. Let it marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
- 3
Crush the garlic and chop the onion. Add cooking oil to a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant, then quickly stir in the beef. Use high heat to prevent the beef from becoming tough. Season with fish sauce to taste.
- 4
When the beef is just pink, transfer it to a bowl. Then add the tomato to the pan, stir a bit, and add the broccoli. You can sauté the onion and garlic again if you like. Depending on your preference for crunchy or tender broccoli, you can stir-fry it longer. If it gets too dry while stir-frying, add 1-2 tablespoons of water to soften the broccoli faster. Season with a little seasoning powder.
- 5
When the broccoli is almost cooked, add the beef back in and stir well. Adjust the seasoning to taste. When serving, cut the green onion into 1-inch pieces and sprinkle black pepper on top.
