I wanted to eat a lot of boiled broccoli, but I got tired of always eating it with mayonnaise.

When cooking the meat, it tastes best if you season with lots of salt and pepper. Don't break the meat apart too much. You want to leave some clumps of meat so that it will be nice and juicy when you bite into it. It's delicious. Recipe by Yuitaron

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 200 gramsGround beef
  2. 1 bunchBroccoli
  3. 1/2Carrot
  4. 2 tspSoy sauce
  5. 2 tspSugar
  6. 1 tbspGround white sesame seeds
  7. 1Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and boil until it is slightly hard. Cut the onion into wedges and julienne the carrot.

    Heat oil in a frying pan and cook the ground beef until it changes color. Don't break it apart too much, the point is to leave small clumps of meat!

    Season with salt and pepper and then transfer to a plate. Stir-fry the vegetables. When they have cooked, mix with the meat.

    Flavor with the sugar and the soy sauce, arrange on a dish, and top with the boiled broccoli and ground sesame to finish!
