Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 2ripe avocados
  2. 1large pomelo (Chinese grapefruit)
  3. 32large cooked shrimp
  4. 1large cooked beet
  5. 1 bowlhomemade aioli

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove the shells from the shrimp and arrange them on each plate.

  2. 2

    Cut the avocados in half, remove the skin, dice them, and place half an avocado on each plate.

  3. 3

    Do the same with the beet and pomelo: peel and dice, then divide evenly among the plates.

  4. 4

    Serve the plates with aioli and toasted bread.
