Stir-Fried Basil with Tofu and Ground Pork

Heat a little oil in a pan. Add the chopped garlic and chili, and stir-fry until the garlic is golden. Add the ground pork and stir-fry.

Stir-fry until the pork is cooked through. Add a little water and season with sugar, fish sauce, seasoning sauce, flavor seasoning powder, and oyster sauce. Mix well.

Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired. Add the basil leaves and stir to combine. Slice the egg tofu and gently fold it in.

Turn off the heat and transfer to a plate.
