Ingredients

30 minutes
Serves 2 servings
  1. 14 ozground pork (400 grams)
  2. 1tube egg tofu
  3. 2/3 teaspoonsugar
  4. 1 teaspoonfish sauce
  5. 1/2 teaspoonseasoning sauce (green cap)
  6. 1/2 teaspoonflavor seasoning powder
  7. 1 handfulfresh basil leaves
  8. Chopped chili peppers and garlic, to taste
  9. 1little cooking oil
  10. 1little oyster sauce

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a little oil in a pan. Add the chopped garlic and chili, and stir-fry until the garlic is golden. Add the ground pork and stir-fry.

  2. 2

    Stir-fry until the pork is cooked through. Add a little water and season with sugar, fish sauce, seasoning sauce, flavor seasoning powder, and oyster sauce. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired. Add the basil leaves and stir to combine. Slice the egg tofu and gently fold it in.

  4. 4

    Turn off the heat and transfer to a plate.
