Mom's "Mexican" Cornbread

Brown ground beef, drain.

Mix the corn meal, flour, salt, baking powder, milk, eggs and cream corn in a bowl.

Grease 2 pans. Pour 1/4 batter in each pan. Sprinkle ground meat over batter, onions over meat, pepper over onions, cheese over peppers. Pour remaining batter over cheese. It will seem not enough batter to cover the ingredients but when baked it will spread over it.

Bake at 350° F for 40-50 minutes.
