1flour tortilla
1 tablespooncream cheese spread
Homemade guacamole
1/4avocado
1/4tomato
1 teaspoononion and garlic seasoning
1 splashlemon juice
Burrito-style ground beef
3/4 ounceground beef (about 20 grams)
1 teaspoongrated carrot (about 5 grams)
Burrito seasoning

Make the guacamole: Mash the avocado, add the seasoning and a splash of lemon juice. Mix in the tomato and set aside.

Warm the tortilla in a skillet. Spread the cream cheese on one side and the guacamole on the other.

Heat the ground beef in the microwave (I used leftovers from the day before), place it on top of the cream cheese, and fold the tortilla in half. (Adding shredded cheese gives it a nice touch.)

Cook the quesadilla on both sides until crispy, then serve.
