❶ Prepare a rice cooker, add green onions, ginger, garlic, and pork shoulder. Add all seasonings and then add water until ingredients are about 80% covered.
❷ Use the soup mode on the rice cooker to simmer for 1.5 hours until the pork is fully cooked and tender.

❸ Let the pork cool and shred it. Use the sauce to mix with the rice noodles.
❹ Boil another pot of water to cook the rice noodles, then blanch the vegetables.
