Cut shimla mirch into two halves and remove seeds.Assemble grated veggies in the plate

Then heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and add chopped onion and cook just saute on low flame

Then add grated veggies & peas mix properly then add salt,red chilli powder turmeric powder and garam masala powder

Combine well cook for 2 min.then add paneer pieces stir fry for another 1 min.off the flame 🔥

Now with the help of a spoon fill the shimla mirchi with this mixture and spread cheese over this mixture Heat oil in a flat pan & cook stuffed Shimla mirchi on a low flame while covering

Check in between when cooked properly switch off the flame.We can microwave or use gas flame depending on your choice.I can use both methods.
