Wash & soak both pulses for 3/4 hours.
Grind smoothly to make a thick paste with green chili hing & salt. - 2
Put in a big bowl.
Whisk with palm to make it fluppy. - 3
Heat oil in a kadhai.
Give shape of pakodi.
Deep fry till brown.remove out from oil
Soak in a lukewarm water - 4
Squeeze pakodi.put in a plate.
Spread cud green chuteny saunth. - 5
Sprinkle salt blacksalt cumin seeds powder Redchili powder.

Serve urad dal dahi pakodi chat.
