Crispy and Delicious Potato Fries

There's a Pizzala inside Fuji-Q Highland. Their fries have a unique coating, making them crispy and delicious! I tried my best to recreate them at home (*^。^*)
The origin of this recipe
The delivery menu doesn't have those fries~~! Only those who've tasted them know how good they are (*^。^*). I wanted to enjoy them at home, so I tried to recreate them. Maybe the frying oil is different. It's not exactly the same yet, but I think it's close...

Homemade Sweet Potato Fries Homemade Sweet Potato Fries
Very easy if you have a french fry cutter handy! If you want crispy fries adding corn starch to the fries before cooking will draw out some of the moisture and make a crust on the outside of your fries. Vegetable oil is preferred over olive oil as olive oil tends to burn them. Lamo's Kitchen -

Crispy & Healthy Daikon Radish French Fries Crispy & Healthy Daikon Radish French Fries
I was going to make a recipe for burdock root, but then I noticed a ton of daikon radish skins in my freezer, which is how I thought to make this.If you freeze the skins, you can naturally drain. It reduces your work and lets you make a lot at once. The remaining moisture may vary on the thickness of the skin and the time stored, so when removing the salt observe it carefully. The amount of water is key. Recipe by ayureo cookpad.japan -

Crispy cube shaped french fries Crispy cube shaped french fries
Hello 🙂 and how was everyone’s weekend? I do hope that everyone had a lovely one 🙂 Let’s talk a bit about French Fries, the Dutch do love their fries, and toppings, from Mayo to Curry to well let’s say they even have a Peanut Butter type of sauce which I tried when I first came here and really was not a fan of it. The Dutch deep fry the potatoes twice, making them have an even crispier texture than just frying them the way do at home. The last time I actually bought fries from a stand was about 2 years ago..a very very long time. 🙂This weekend’s meal plan had to be very very simple, just a couple of salads, along with omelettes and fries. We were painting one of the hallway’s and it took more time than expected and so cooking needed to be simple. I sometimes make different shapes when making French Fries because I just like trying out new things. Some of the shapes are round, moon, donut shaped. 🙂 Yep, donut shaped with a hole in the middle. 🙂I made just a small portion for my husband because I did my cheating from my diet on Friday. The only thing I added to these fries were Oregano and Salt, this gave the fries a more Greek traditional taste, rather than topping them off with Mayo or Ketchup. But when the fries were ready and I served them I saw that he separated the fries in half, topping the other have with Mayo and Ketchup!!! hahahaha There is also one more thing about these fries that I would like to mention, they could not get any crispier!!!!
