Cut the puff pastry into squares.

Place a spoonful of cream and a little mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.

Fold each square into a triangle and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Repeat with all the squares, then brush the tops with melted butter or milk. Bake at 350°F (180°C) with both the top and bottom heat on, so the pastry puffs up well.
