Add the Chinese broccoli and stir-fry until just cooked. Add the rice noodles, a little dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry until everything is well combined.

Add the broth and sugar, then stir-fry until everything is evenly mixed.

You can adjust the seasoning to your taste with crushed chili, vinegar, fish sauce, or more sugar if you like.
