Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1large can or 2 pouches of tuna in water
  2. 1/2avocado
  3. 1 tablespoonlemon juice (from 1 lemon)
  4. 1/4 cupfinely chopped celery (about 25 grams)
  5. 1 tablespoonfinely chopped green onion
  6. 3 halvessun-dried tomatoes in oil
  7. 1/2 teaspoondried chili flakes (optional)
  8. Salt and pepper to taste

    Prepare the ingredients. Mash the avocado in a bowl. Add the lemon juice and dried chili flakes, and mix well.

    Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small cubes. Add them to the avocado mixture along with the celery and green onion. Mix well. If you don’t have green onion, you can substitute with a little chopped onion.

    Add the tuna and mix until you have a smooth paste. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve on lettuce leaves, with crackers, or as a sandwich filling.
