Prepare the ingredients. Mash the avocado in a bowl. Add the lemon juice and dried chili flakes, and mix well.

Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small cubes. Add them to the avocado mixture along with the celery and green onion. Mix well. If you don’t have green onion, you can substitute with a little chopped onion.

Add the tuna and mix until you have a smooth paste. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve on lettuce leaves, with crackers, or as a sandwich filling.
