For steak - wash the chicken breast, Pat dry with kitchen towel, marinate with salt and pepper powder both sides well. Breast must be in room temperature

In a pan add olive oil, heat and add marinated chicken. On medium flame cook 4-5 mins both sides and ensuring all sides are well cooked, add unpeeled garlic cloves but cut, add more salt and pepper powder and add rosemary and oregano herbs generously

Add butter and baste the chicken from all sides so that chicken breast is moist, set aside

For Chimichurri - in a bowl add chopped oregano, mint, coriander leaves and done finely chop. Add minced garlic, olive oil, red chilli powder, salt and pepper, more olive oil and Chimichurri is ready

To plate add the mashed potato, make a well, add 1 tbsp Chimichurri, add sliced steak keeping 1cm gap between each and garnish with Chimichurri on top. Enjoy 😊
