On a hot summer day, when you want a quick and easy meal, just gather whatever you have in the fridge and whip up this dish. It’s simple to make, comes together fast, and works great as a main course or a snack.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Mash the tofu with a fork.

Add the ground pork to the mashed tofu, then add the seasonings and mix well.

Brush a bowl with a little vegetable oil. Spread the tofu and pork mixture evenly in the bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2 minutes.

Check if the meat patty is cooked through. Place it on a slice of bread, top with a slice of cheese, and microwave for 1 minute.

Brush a bowl with a little sesame oil. Crack an egg into the bowl, pierce the yolk with a fork, and microwave for 1 minute to make a fried egg.

Brush a bowl with a little vegetable oil. Shape the tofu and pork mixture into a ring around the edge of the bowl, crack an egg into the center, and pierce the yolk with a fork.

Cover with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes.

Tip: If you don’t want to use a microwave, you can bake instead.
