Measure the two lentils and broken wheat and wash them Let it soak

We will prepare all the vegetables and add ghee to the cooker and allow it to heat

Now add cumin seeds, dry chillies, cinnamon, cloves and pepper to it and fry it
Now add all the vegetables to it and saute it

Now add soaked dal and broken wheat and saute and add all the spices

Now add water to it and cover the lid of the cooker and cook it on slow flame for 4-5 whistles.
Now after the steam comes out of the cooker, take it out on a open plate and serve it with ghee
