Nutty Crunchy Oats Chivda

An easy way to consume fibre rich oats, seeds and nuts.
Steps

First ready all the ingredients. Mix all the masalas and keep aside.

Dry roast oats for 12-15 minutes on slow gas. Keep stirring. Transfer to a plate when slightly reddish hue comes on the oats.

Dry roast thin poha also and transfer to the plate. In oil and ghee fry groundnuts crispy. Do not burn.

Similarly, fry dariya,cashews, badam, green chillies and curry leaves.

Transfer to another plate. Fry kishmish also. Do not burn them.

Now in the leftover oil-ghee add mustard seeds.when it splitters add sunflower and melon seeds

Add til and flax seeds. Lastly, add in hing. Add in roasted oats and poha. Mix gently. Add in fried nuts curry leaves,chillies and kishmish.

Add in the masala and mix gently. Switch off gas. Note make the entire recipe on slow gas for best taste. Your tasty, crunchy, nutty, fibre-rich oats chivda is ready.
Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
