Soak the green beans for 4 to 6 hours.

Boil the beef with onion and aromatics until cooked.

After soaking, boil the green beans until tender.

Once the beans are cooked, drain them.

Sauté the chopped onion in oil and butter until golden. Add the tomato juice, tomato paste, salt, spices, and a pinch of sugar. Cook until the sauce thickens.

Add the green beans, beef broth, and cooked beef to the sauce. Adjust the salt, let it simmer for a couple of minutes, then add the garlic. After 10 minutes, turn off the heat. Serve with rice with vermicelli.
