This dish I tried to make only with tomato puree first time. After cooked, it added new taste in my recipe.

On low heat, in 1 tbsp oil, add kasuri methi, salt, haldi, garam masala, red chilli powder and jeera.
Roast well the ingredients. - 2
Add ginger garlic paste and cook again for 5 mins.
Now add chopped tomatoes and cook for 10 mins on medium flame.
Cover with lid. - 3
Once cooked, put the cooked tomatoes into grinder.
After grinding, keep aside. - 4
Now in 1 tbsp oil, roast chopped brinjal, bell peppers, Capsicum, potato, onion, spring leaves, nutrella, mushroom, sweetcorn, baby corn, cabbage, cauliflower, green peas and carrot.

Add a pinch of salt and cook for 15 mins on medium flame.
Cover with lid. - 6
After veggies are cooked, add the grinded Tangy tomato puree into veggies.
Stir well, cover it and cook for 10 mins on medium flame.
Now grate cheese cube for garnish.
